Valsts AS Latvijas Pasts ir izstrādājis jaunu pasta nodaļu reorganizācijas plānu. Saskaņā ar šo plānu no pašreizējām 176 pasta nodaļām darbību turpinās tikai 116, ziņo LTV.
Latvijas Pasta vadība nevar pateikt, cik darbinieku zaudēs darbu. Slēdzamajos birojos strādā simtiem cilvēku.
Tikmēr pastniekiem un pasta operatoriem, kuru darbavietas tiks slēgtas, ir apsolīts darbs citur vai apmācība citā profesijā.
Kā norāda Latvijas Pasta nodaļu un piegādes vadītājs Mārtiņš Liepiņš, plāns paredz, ka saglabāsies aptuveni 120 pasta nodaļas. Pašlaik to ir 176.
Ir pārskatīti kritēriji, pēc kuriem nosaka, kurās filiālēs un kāpēc tās paliks. Pēc superintendenta Liepiņa teiktā, pasta pakalpojumu pārklājums būs vienmērīgāks, bez pasta nodaļām nebūs rajonu vai lielo pilsētu.
LTV ziņo, ka plānu jau ir pieņēmusi Satiksmes ministrija. Lai gan tiek runāts par 120 biroju iespējamu saglabāšanu, ir skaidrs, ka 116 biroji paliks darboties.
Līdz nedēļas beigām turpināsies sarunas ar partneriem – preses izdevējiem Rīgā un reģionos, Latvijas Pašvaldību savienību un pensionāru pārstāvjiem.
