Apsūdzētais savas darbības turpināja, kamēr iestājās sievietes nāve.
Prokurors prasīja tiesai piemērot apsūdzētajam mūža ieslodzījumu, kas ir Krimināllikumā paredzētais bargākais soda mērs.
