Tiks radīta krāšņa vizuālās pieredzes telpa, kurā cilvēki jūtas atmosfēriski iesaistīti un piedalās tās veidošanā, radot kopības sajūtu un padziļinot valstiskuma idejas pieredzi. “Gaismas dārzā” paredzēto mākslas instalāciju veidos trīs vides mākslas objekti – aplis, bāka un ķērpis.
