Jau no 2. maija skolēni var pieteikties darbam vasarā Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūrā (NVA).
Šogad skolēnu vasaras nodarbinātības līdzfinansēšanai no valsts budžeta ir piešķirti 4,17 miljoni eiro, kas ir pietiekami, lai nodarbinātu gandrīz 10 000 jauniešu.
Taču GAS uzreiz brīdina: pats pieteikšanās fakts negarantē darba vietu, jo parasti ir vairāk pretendentu nekā darba vietu. GAS mierina neveiksmīgos kandidātus šādā veidā: vasaras vidū un pat augustā vēl var būt pieejamas vietas.
Šogad ir vairāk vakanču
GAS ziņo, ka līdz 19. aprīlim darba devēji jau bija iesnieguši 839 darba pieteikumus. Salīdzinājumā ar 809 pieteikumiem 2023. gadā.
Vairākas vakances parasti piedāvā pašvaldības un valsts aģentūras: biroja, uzkopšanas un ainavu veidošanas darbos. Katru gadu darba vietas piedāvā arī lidosta.
Uzņēmēji savukārt nodarbina studentus kā pārdevējus, viesmīļus, komunālo pakalpojumu darbiniekus, apkopējus utt.
Alga – vismaz 700 € mēnesī
Darba devēji gūst labumu no šī pasākuma – par skolēnu nodarbināšanu viņi saņem subsīdiju 50 procentu apmērā no minimālās algas (700 eiro), par skolēna invalīda nodarbināšanu viņi saņem subsīdiju minimālās algas apmērā.
GAS piešķir arī dotāciju, lai samaksātu par mācekļa darba vadītāju.
Savukārt darba devējam būs jānodrošina, ka mācekļa alga, nodokļi un kompensācija par neizmantoto atvaļinājumu tiek līdzfinansēta.
Ja nepieciešams, GAS apmaksās arī mācekļa medicīnisko pārbaudi un apdrošinās mācekli pret nelaimes gadījumiem darba vietā.
Arī studentiem un vecākiem ir labvēlīgāki nosacījumi: studentiem tiek garantēta “minimālā alga” 700 eiro apmērā un saīsināta darba diena līdz 7 stundām, ja jaunais darbinieks ir 15-17 gadus vecs.
Mācekli var nodarbināt uz laiku no divām nedēļām līdz diviem mēnešiem.
Svarīgi: saskaņā ar studentu vasaras nodarbinātības programmas noteikumiem darba devējs var iepriekš vienoties ar konkrētu jaunieti par darba vietu tieši vasaras studentu nodarbinātības programmas ietvaros.
Tas nozīmē, ka noteikumi ļauj jums vienoties ar darba devēju par darbu pie tā vēl pirms pieteikšanās.
Kas var pieteikties
Visi skolēni vecumā no 15 līdz 20 gadiem (ieskaitot), kuri iegūst izglītību vispārējās, speciālajās vai profesionālajās skolās, var strādāt brīvdienās – valsts līdzfinansētās darbavietās.
No 2. maija sākas skolēnu pieteikumu pieņemšana dalībai vasaras nodarbinātības programmā. Pieteikties dalībai pasākumā var elektroniski, aizpildot pieteikuma veidlapu NVA tīmekļa vietnē.
Jau trešo gadu pēc kārtas šo nodarbinātības iespēju vasaras brīvlaikā varēs izmantot arī Ukrainas iedzīvotāju bērni.
