Latvijas Izglītības un zinātnes darbinieku arodbiedrība (LIZDA) pirms plānotā protesta gājiena šodien plkst.10 rīko preses brīfingu, portāls uzzināja LIZDA.
Brīfings notiks pie Latvijas Brīvo Arodbiedrību savienības ēkas Bruņinieku ielā 29/31.
Preses brīfingā mediju pārstāvji varēs tikties ar ar LIZDA priekšsēdētāju Ingu Vanagu un Latvijas Ārstu biedrības prezidenti Ilzi Aizsalnieci.
Jau ziņots, ka pirmdien LIZDA rīkotajā protesta gājienā piedalīsies vairāk nekā 8000 izglītības un medicīnas iestāžu darbinieku, lai prasītu “cieņpilnu un atbildīgu attieksmi” pret nozarēm.
Arodbiedrībā norādīja, ka protesta gājienā piedalīsies 7500 pedagogu, tostarp zinātnes institūciju pārstāvji, jo streika prasības par pedagogu atalgojumu un slodzes grafiku attiecas arī uz viņiem. Šobrīd savu dalību ir apstiprinājuši darbinieki no Latvijas Zinātnes akadēmijas, Daugavpils Universitātes, Liepājas Universitātes, Latvijas Universitātes, Biozinātņu un tehnoloģiju universitātes, Latvijas Kultūras akadēmijas, Jāzepa Vītola Latvijas Mūzikas akadēmijas un citām.
Protesta gājienā piedalīsies arī universitāšu studentu padomes un studenti.
