Šodien Smiltenes novadā tiks atklāti trīs jauni Valsts un pašvaldības vienotie klientu apkalpošanas centri (VPVKAC), aģentūru LETA informēja pašvaldības sabiedrisko attiecību nodaļas pienākumu izpildītāja Madara Mūrniece.
VPVKAC jaunie centri atradīsies Trapenes pagasta pagastnamā, Grundzāles pagastā, Tilta ielā 5 un Palsmanes pagasta namā.
VPVKAC klientiem tā darba laikā būs brīvi un bez maksas pieejams dators ar interneta pieslēgumu, kā arī dota iespēja drukāt, kopēt un skenēt neliela apjoma dokumentāciju. Tāpat varēs saņemt informāciju par valsts pārvaldes iestāžu un pašvaldības pakalpojumiem, palīdzību valsts pārvaldes pakalpojumu portālā “www.latvija.lv” pieejamo e-pakalpojumu pieteikšanā.
Apmeklētāji varēs apgūt prasmes darbā ar datoru, internetu, valsts pārvaldes pakalpojumu portālu, atsevišķu valsts pārvaldes pakalpojumu pieteikšana pilnvarotā e-pakalpojuma risinājumā, kā arī pieteikt valsts pārvaldes pakalpojumu papīra formā. Tāpat iedzīvotāji varēs saņemt konsultāciju pa telefonu.
